Mental health affects all of
us, either directly or indirectly, with an estimated 1 in 5 Australian’s
experiencing mental health issues, including myself.

Through my journey, the importance
of expanding understanding and recognition of mental health disorders became undoubtable.
I was driven to raise awareness and support
for individuals experiencing mental health struggles.
